I remember when I got my first neti pot. It actually set on the hall linen shelf for a long time. Then my sinuses went whacko, and I was either going to have to take some antihistimines, or, shock, try the neti pot.
I tried the net pot and the rest is called history. It has kept me from getting a sinus infection quite a few times, and having to make a trip to the doctor. One of my kids just recently decided to try it. She too kept putting it off, but out of desperation with her clogged sinuses from a cold she decided to try it.
Yeah, it didn't exactly go perfectly for her the first try. I think her sinuses were so clogged it just kind of sat in there. But she tried it again, and it not only cleared up her sinuses, it seemed to have helped her cold out.
